1. About European Fashion Institute

European Fashion Institute Ltd. is a national platform for the preparation and development of talents in the global fashion industry. The Institute operates in Bulgaria with offices in Varna, Sofia, Burgas and Plovdiv.

2. Authorization for Advertising Activity

European Fashion Institute is officially authorized by Classic 2 Ltd. to advertise and promote the brands for which Classic 2 Ltd. is the official representative in Bulgaria.

This authorization includes the right to use the names, logos and trademarks of the respective brands within marketing, advertising and promotional materials published by European Fashion Institute, including on this website.

The brands represented by Classic 2 Ltd. include, but are not limited to: Alexander Shorokhoff, Armani Exchange, S.T. Dupont, Gianni Chiarini, Nanis Italian Jewels, Nicolaï Paris, Poljot International, Porsche Design, Classic Watches & Jewellery, Cara Diamanti, Diesel and other brands from their portfolio.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks and materials related to the represented brands are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is carried out solely on the basis of the above-mentioned authorization from Classic 2 Ltd. and does not constitute a claim of ownership.

4. Use of the Site

By accessing this website, users accept these terms of service. The content of the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding contract unless expressly stated.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

European Fashion Institute Ltd. processes personal data in its capacity as a personal data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What data we collect

  • Full name, email address and phone number
  • Photos, video materials and portfolio images
  • Physical characteristics (height, age, hair color) — only when applying to be a model
  • Information about city and region
  • Messages and inquiries sent through the contact forms

For what purposes we process the data

  • Selection and management of talents within the agency
  • Communication with candidates, clients and partners
  • Fulfillment of contractual obligations when booking models
  • Marketing and promotional activities (only with explicit consent)
  • Publication of materials on the official channels of European Fashion Institute

Retention period

Personal data is stored for a period no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected — as a rule, up to 3 years after the last contact, or until the consent is withdrawn.

6. Photos, Video and Media Materials

By applying to or participating in programs, shows, photo shoots and other events organized by European Fashion Institute, participants give their explicit consent to the following:

  • European Fashion Institute has the right to use photos, videos and any media materials captured during the events for promotional purposes.
  • The materials may be published on the official online channels of the institute — website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • The materials may be used in advertising campaigns, press releases, portfolios and partner publications.
  • No additional compensation is owed for the use of the materials for the above purposes, unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • The participant may request the removal of specific materials by sending a written request to info@eufashioninstitute.com. The institute undertakes to review the request within 14 business days.

Important: European Fashion Institute never sells media materials to third parties and does not use them for purposes other than promoting the activity of the institute and the participants in its programs.

7. Cookies

The site uses technically necessary cookies for its normal operation. Cookies for tracking or targeted advertising are not used without the user's explicit consent.
